This warranty applies only to retail orders placed on this website (if you purchased your kit from a physical retailer, please see your retailer for guarantee claims). We are so confident that you will be satisfied with your product, that we offer a 100% money back guarantee on all of our Electronic Vapour Starter Kits. If you are unsatisfied with your starter kit for any reason, we will refund your original purchase price in full—no questions asked! This offer excludes shipping costs paid at the time you placed your order.
To process a return:
- Login to your MigVaporAustralia formerly V2CigsAustralia.com account, using the username and password emailed to you when you placed your order.
- Click on the "members administration" link. You will see a list of orders you have placed on this website.
- Indentify the order in question and record the Order number
- Contact us via email sales@v2cigsaustralia.com for a Customer service representative to obtain a RMA number.
- Ship the product to: MigVapor Australia PO Box 4034 St Marys East Sydney 2760 within 30 days of the original ship date. Please be sure to prominently display your RMA on the outside of the package. .
Please Note: Our 100% 30-Day Money Back Guarantee applies only to MIG Vapor and Aspire Starter Kits in their original packaging; we do not offer refunds on E-Liquids, Flavor Cartridges or Mig Vapor Disposables. Misused, damaged, or broken starter kits will not be refunded. All returned merchandise must be received within 30-days of the original purchase date. MigVapor Australia does not refund any shipping costs unless products were shipped to you in error. We also do not pay the cost of shipping starter kits back to us. Batteries and Accessories, excluding E-Liquids, Flavor Cartridges and Prefilled Disposables, can be returned within 30 days of purchase subject to a 15% restocking fee. Misused, damaged or broken products will not be refunded.
The 30 Day guarantee is only available once per customer , any subsequent purchases are not liable for a guarantee claim with the 30 days trial period
Warranty
The MIG VAPOR AUSTRALIA formerly V2 CIGS AUSTRALIA warranty is offered to original purchasers who have acquired their product from migvaporaustralia.com or V2CigsAustralia.com (if you purchased your product from a physical retailer, please return the product to the retailer). We warrant that your product will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for 90 days ( 3 Months)* from the original Purchase Date.
This excludes all consumable ( cartridges , liquid , coils , atomizers ) or glass product ( tank or bubblers )
The KHAN Herb atomizer is cover by the standard 3 month Warranty not the USA 5 year warranty
The Mig Vapor Australia - formerly V2 Cigs Australia warranty applies only to electronic components and does not apply to Flavor Cartridges prefilled Disposables or E-liquid products including Fusion Liquid Blanks. This warranty does not cover any defects or costs caused by:
- modification, alteration, repair or service of this product by any persons or company other than migvaporaustralia.com or V2CigsAustralia.com;
- Normal Battery Lifecycles for Lithium Ion Batteries - Lithium Ion have a lifecycle of between 200-400 recharge cycles or 6 months -2 years whichever comes first. Battery life will deplete over time and is not grounds for replacement if outside the standard warranty period . Excessive depletion or fault within this time frame is covered under warranty. Mig Vapor Australia - formally V2 Cigs Australia classifies usage rates based on a recharge daily eg 1 year old is 365 recharges
- physical abuse to, or misuse of the product or operation thereof in a manner inconsistent with the use indicated in the instruction manual; or
- any use of the product other than that for which it was originally intended (i.e. the use of unapproved accessories , like non Mig Vapor or V2 Cigs chargers or power adapters or cartridges and Liquid not purchased from Mig Vapor Australia - formally V2 Cigs Australia ) .
- If any of the above conditions are meet , warranty will be void
Any express warranty not provided herein, and any remedy other than the warranty contained herein that might arise by interference or operation of law, is hereby excluded and disclaimed including the implied warranties of merchantability and of the fitness for a particular purpose. Replacement or repair of product is your exclusive remedy under this warranty.
The Warranty is limited to a maximum of 2 replacements on any given order. The item must be confirmed defective via inspection (this is not an exchange system), and a credit will be supplied for use on your next order or will be replaced with an equal item from current inventory , this decision is the discretion of Mig Vapor Australia - formerly V2 Cigs Australia .
The Warranty can only be used within 90 days of the original purchase date*

Subject to the above warranty, in the event that your device fails to operate satisfactorily, please follow these three easy steps:
- Email us so that we can troubleshoot the issue and authorize your item for warranty replacement if necessary. Please provide the Customer Service representative a detailed explanation of the difficulty you are experiencing with the device and/or its components. All of this information is required to process your return request. It is also helpful to have your original order number on hand.
- If it is determined that your product requires replacement, please send the defective item to Mig Vapor Australia - formerly V2 Cigs Australia to the contact address supplied . After inspection and validation of the item Mig Vapor Australia - formerly V2 Cigs Australia will offer a coupon code for a full replacement value valid for 30 days.
- Please do not send any product to us unless you have spoken to a representative first. This can lead to confusion and may result in the loss of your item, and therefore the forfeiture of your replacement. After speaking to Support please securely package your item(s) and include within your package a note detailing your order number and requested replacement. If you are experiencing an issue with a single product component, please do not send us your entire starter kit.
Mig Vapor Australia - formerly V2 Cigs Australia does not refund any shipping costs unless products were shipped to you in error. We also do not pay the cost of shipping starter kits back to us.
All Items MUST be returned for refund or credit , this includes charger cable , Cartridges ( Disposable or Blank) , wall adaptors etc . Any kit or battery with all parts NOT returned will incur a 15% fee on refund or credit.

V2 Pro Series : - Note With the closure of VMR ( V2 USA ) all Pro Series products are no longer supported or covered under warranty
The V2 Pro Limited Warranty is offered to original purchasers who have acquired their V2 Pro product from v2cigsaustralia.com only , not v2.com** or v2cigs.com**. If you purchased your V2 Pro product from a store or the USA, please return the product to that store or contatc the USA website.
We warrant that your V2 Pro product will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for three ( 3) month*. The V2 Pro Limited Warranty applies only to V2 Pro electronic components. This warranty does not apply to Cartridges.
This warranty does not cover any defects or costs caused by:

Shipping Policy
All items are sent using the Austpost Express Network , in either Platinum or Standard Express Overnight service. AustPost pick up our orders Monday to Friday(inclusive) at approximately 1pm ( NSW time) excluding Public Holidays and during shutdown periods.
Orders will be packed and delivered to Austpost within 2 working days with a tracking number supplied via email upon delivery to Austpost .
The Austpost Express network can be viewed on the Austpost website to confirm your postcode within the Overnight Network.
Mig Vapor Australia - formerly V2 Cigs Australia Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for items using the Standard Express Overnight service as this is a NON signature service once the items have left the warehouse .
If Theft or non delivery occurs using this service Austpost must be notified and claim investigation must be completed before possible replacement . This will be granted on a case by case basis designated by Mig Vapor Australia - formerly V2 Cigs Australia Pty Ltd.
Using the Platinum post service items require signature for delivery and therefore proof of delivery can be supplied.
Any article with "Special Instructions" to "Leave at Door" " Leave on Porch" or any such stated will also not be the responsibility of Mig Vapor Australia - formerly V2 Cigs Australia Pty Ltd for replacement or claim .
Returned Packages
Any order shipment which is returned to sender due to incorrect entered shipping information from customer at checkout ,attempted delivery to an address provided,or not picked up from Austpost pickup facility due to non availability within Austpost specified timeframe will be issued a store credit to the order value minus the return shipping charges occurred .
